ATR North America is dedicated to providing first class Sales and Marketing initiatives in North America as well as Product Support and Engineering services to ATR operators in North and Central America.

ATR North America is dedicated to providing Aircraft Sales, as well as Engineering and Spare Parts Support to ATR customers in Canada, Central America and the United States. We are backed by the power of ATR’s worldwide product support network. ATR’s North American offices are located near Dulles International Airport in Virginia, while the remote ATR parts warehouse is situated in Miami, providing critical parts deliveries to the entire area.

The ATR 42 and ATR 72 are among the most fuel efficient aircraft of their type in the world which really makes a positive difference to profitability in this environment of rapidly increasing energy prices. More than 130 ATR aircraft are supported by the US center.

ATR North America is the successor corporation to Aerospatiale Aircraft which was incorporated in 1982 in order to provide aircraft sales and marketing as well as product support services to the growing ATR fleet in North America. Most of ATR North America’s employees have been with the company for many years including three with a total ATR experience cumulating over sixty years!

ATR North America supports 17 operators with a geographic dispersion and diverse weather environment. ATR North America has customers that operate from above the Arctic Circle (First Air) down to the equator (DHL), and from the far West Pacific (Cape Air/Guam) to Puerto Rico (AMR/Executive). The geographic area supported by ATR North America continues to grow with American Eagle opening a new ATR 72 base in Dallas in September 2008.
